There’s nothing better than a healthy and delicious smoothie. Full of nutrients, refreshing, and totally filling, smoothies are great for days on-the-go and beyond. Plus, they’re the perfect way to get a proper dose of necessary fruits and veggies (you need ‘em!).

And with fall upon us, we scoured the internet for some of the best autumn-inspired smoothies out there (lucky you!). With hints of pumpkin, sweet spices, and so much more, we know you’ll love them just as much as we do.

Recipe via
Creamy and delicious, this lovely orange smoothie will keep you full for hours.

What you’ll Need:
¼ cup plus 2 tbsp. old-fashioned oats

¼ cup canned pumpkin

¾ cup Greek yogurt

1 medium apple, cut into pieces (I used honeycrisp and left the skin on)

½ banana, sliced and frozen

½ cup milk (almond, soy, cow’s, etc. – whatever you prefer)

⅛ tsp. pumpkin pie spice

6 ice cubes


What to do:

Place oats in the blender and blend for about 30 seconds. Add remaining ingredients and blend until smooth.

Reviving and refreshing, this energizing smoothie is light, delicious, and perfectly sweet.

What you’ll Need:
1 c. mixed berries, frozen
1- 1¼ c. apple cider
Honey or agave syrup to taste

What to do:
In a blender, combine the frozen berries and apple cider. Process until smooth, adding extra juice if it seems a little too thick. Add honey or agave syrup to sweeten if necessary.

Cool, creamy, and oh-so-green, this smoothie will not only give you the energy you need to take on the day, but it’s absolutely delicious, too.


What you’ll Need:
2 cups Almond Milk
2 cups packed kale leaves
1 cup frozen pear chunks
1 cup frozen table grapes
1 small banana (4 ounces in the peel)


What to do:

Combine all ingredients in a blender in the order listed. Blend until very smooth, around 3 minutes, beginning on low and slowly increasing the speed to high. Serve immediately.

A healthy way to satisfy your sweet tooth, this smoothie boasts serious fiber and has the perfect kick to it.


What you’ll Need:
2 small purple carrots

1 apple
1 plum

some freshly squeezed orange juice

ice as needed


What to do:

Blend everything until smooth. Add flax seed if you want extra fiber.
