Dance Class
A 55 minute dance class. A high intensity class that will help you burn calories while sculpting and shaping your body. A great cardiovascular compliment to your pilates workout. A combination of hip hop, latin and ballet that will give you the “dancers” body you always dreamed of. No prior dance experience necessary.

Treadmill / Circuit
A 55 min high energy cardio workout that will include any combination of treadmill, weights, jump rope, boxing and, of course, ab work. Every class is different and anything goes.

Treadmill / TRX
A 55 min treadmill / TRX / circuit training TRX Suspension Training harnesses your own body weight to create resistance as you train. TRX training will improve strength, balance and core stability no matter what your level of fitness. This class combines the cardiovascular workout of the treadmill with the strength training workout of the amazing new TRX suspension training system. It’s like nothing you’ve ever tried before.
